ok so i have a HP laptop w/ a webcam and was wondering if there was a way i could turn my internal mic off but keep by external one on. i bought a computer headset and whatever is going on in my background noise is broadcasted throughout the skype chat i am in. any help would be appreciated.
In the sound properties of the control panel you can mute the mic setting. But if that works you'd have to keep that window open to mute/unmute it as need be.
